Shipping Policy

We aim to release your packages as quickly and as soon as possible after order confirmation, where order confirmation requires that;
1) You have placed and submitted your order online.
2) You have made payment through a payment channel (i.e., Payfast), or;
3) You have made an EFT Transfer which has been confirmed to have cleared, or
4) Arrange to make payment with Card or Cash when you choose to collect your package.

We unfortunately cannot release packages on Proof of Payment alone and require that funds are cleared and confirmed before we can release your order.

Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after order confirmation unless otherwise indicated and/or communicated. Sameday processing has a cut-off time at 11:00am. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or cellphone to notify you. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Lead Time / Back Ordered orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Status updates will be communicated with you through either email or cellphone.

• Free Shipping for all small and medium orders above R1200.00 (excludes items from LuxLine & Packaging Categories)
• Collection: Please schedule a collection time and date, or alternatively make use of your own courier to collect. Please send us the waybill info when assigning a collecting courier, preferably in printable PDF version so we can attach it to your package.
