Returns & Refund Policy
The Life Aromatics refunds policy lasts for 30 days after completion of your order. If 30 days have passed since the completion of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We take extreme care with packaging to mitigate the risks of damaged goods when shipping. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we offer refunds within 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the purchased item needs to be returned in the same condition that it was sent.
While we are pleased to offer complimentary returns, please be aware that we can only accept items that remain in their original and unused state, that can be securely returned to stock. Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and your funds will be credited back to your account.
Shipping of Returns
To return your product, please arrange the suitable method and address by contacting hello@lifearomatics.co.za. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Damages
Should your goods arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@lifearomatics.co.za with a photo of the product(s) within 48 hours of delivery so that we can offer support. After we have been in touch with you, we will arrange to have the damaged products returned to us. Please note that any returned items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
Incorrectly delivered items:
If we made a mistake and delivered the wrong item(s) to you, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer a refund or send the correct item out as soon as possible and arrange collection of the incorrect item(s) from you.
Change of Heart Returns:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Should you have a change of heart about a product bought from us, feel free to return it within 30 days. After we’ve inspected and verified the items for return and returned them to stock, we will promptly credit your account with the purchase amount within 3 business days.
