ORGANIC SOAP RANGE
Our soaps are made from Liquid Castile Soaps. These are soaps that are made from vegetable/plant fats instead of using conventional hard fats. Generally, Castile Soap is made from pure Olive Oil alone. Olive Oil soaps are great, it creates a rich hydrating soap that can be used in every application. They do produce lather but much less than soaps from other oils. Coconut oil on the other hand produces a great cleansing soap with more lather but can be drying when used on its own as a soap.
We have therefore decided to use a mixture of Olive Oil and Coconut Oil in our Organic Soap range. We also add Jojoba Oil to this mix for the wonderful benefits that it provides. This Natural and Organic Soap is 100% biodegradeable and is the perfect alternative to use as an everyday soap due to its mild pH. Rich in Fatty Acids, Vitamins A, C and E this Hypo-Allergenic soap will hydrate, nourish and protect your skin in natural ways!
The versatile ways you can this Liquid Castile Soap
This soap is 2-3x more concentrated than leading liquid soaps, cleansers and body washes. Dilute with water. Soap may cloud when cold. Here is a quick guideline on how you can use this soap. Do not hesitate to be creative in finding your own ways to use this soap.
Body Wash / Hand Soap
Add a few drops of soap onto wet hands or wash cloth/luffa sponge to wash hands, face and body.
Shampoo
Mix 2 tbsp. soap with 1 cup water. Lather and wash hair as normal. Follow with an acidic rinse for best results. For a homemade rinse, mix 1 part apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to 8 parts water.
Shaving Soap
Rub a few drops of soap between wet hands and lather face, legs or body.
Pet Wash
Massage a few drops of soap into pet’s fur and rinse thoroughly. Ensure to only use unscented liquid soap since essential oils can be harmful for pets.
Hand Wash Dish Soap
Add 1 tbsp. of soap into washing basin and wash dishes as normal.
Fruit and Vegetable Rinse
Mix 1 tsp. soap into a bowl of water to remove residue from fruit and vegetables. Rinse Clean.
Laundry Detergent
Add 1/3 – 1/2 cup of soap for larger loads. Additionally spray neat soap onto stains and proceed to wash clothes.
Tile / Floor Cleaner
Mix 2 tbsp. soap into 1 liter of warm water.
General Purpose Cleaner
Add 1/4 cup of soap into 1 liter of water. ideally store in a spray bottle.
Scrubbing Cleaner
Mix 1/4 cup castile soap, 3/4 cup baking soda and 1tbsp water. After mixing, slowly add 1 tbsp vinegar while stirring well to achieve a paste.
Ingredients in our Organic Liquid Castile Soaps
Made from 100% Pure, Natural and Organically Ceritifed ingredients only. Each Organic Soap is made with:
– Olive Oil (Olea europaea)
– Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera)
– Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis)
– Essential Oils from Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus radiata), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Lemon (Citrus limonum, Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia), Pine (Pinys sylvestris), Peppermint (Mentha piperita).
These products do not contain: Petroleum Jelly or petroleum by-products, Parabens, Phenoxyethanol, EDTA, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Chemical Emulsifiers, SLS, Sulphates, Foaming Agents or Detergents, Isopropyl Alchols or Propylene Glycol. These soaps are hypo-allergenic meaning that there are no known allergens in these products. Should adverse reactions occur please discontinue use immediately.
